A breach or violation of these Terms & Conditions may result in immediate termination of access to our services.

SECTION 2: GENERAL CONDITIONS

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone where we have a legitimate reason to do so, including suspected fraud, misuse, abuse, breach of these Terms & Conditions or unlawful activity.

You understand that your content, excluding credit card information, may be transferred unencrypted and may involve:

Credit card information is always encrypted during transfer over networks.

You agree not to reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell or exploit any portion of the website, service, product content, brand content or access to the website without our express written permission.

SECTION 3: OUR PRODUCTS

WARDA OF LONDON offers made-to-order garments, accessories and related products.

We make every effort to display our products, colours, embroidery, fabrics, materials and details as accurately as possible.

However, product images are provided for guidance only. We cannot guarantee that your screen or device will display colours accurately.

Actual colours may vary depending on screen settings, lighting conditions, photography, fabric dye lots and production variations.

Many of our garments feature traditional Palestinian Tatreez embroidery, embellishments and handcrafted details. As a result, no two garments are completely identical.

Natural variations may occur in:

• Tatreez and embroidery pattern placement
• embroidery placement
• stitch density or stitch direction
• beading and embellishments
• fabric appearance
• colour tone
• pattern positioning
• other handcrafted details

These variations are a natural characteristic of made-to-order garments and traditional craftsmanship. They should not be considered faults, defects or manufacturing errors where they do not affect the overall quality, functionality or intended use of the garment.

Nothing in this section affects your statutory rights in relation to goods that are faulty, damaged or not as described.

SECTION 4: MADE-TO-ORDER GARMENTS

All WARDA OF LONDON garments are produced on a made-to-order basis.

Once your order has been placed and full payment has been successfully received, your garment will enter production.

Because your garment is produced specifically for you, you are responsible for reviewing all product information, measurements, sizing guidance, fabric details, production times, shipping information and order information before completing your purchase.

By placing an order, you acknowledge and accept that your garment is made to order and subject to our Production, Shipping & Delivery Policy and Returns, Refunds & Exchanges Policy.

SECTION 5: PRODUCTION, SHIPPING & DELIVERY

Production, dispatch, shipping, delivery, customs and international order terms are set out in our Production, Shipping & Delivery Policy.

Please allow up to 4 weeks for your order to be made, finished, inspected and quality checked before dispatch.

Production time is separate from shipping time.

Express shipping does not reduce production time.

Any delivery timeframes displayed on the website or at checkout are estimates only and should not be treated as guaranteed delivery dates.

If you are ordering for a wedding, religious holiday, formal event, celebration, photoshoot, travel date or any other time-sensitive occasion, it is your responsibility to ensure that sufficient time is allowed for both production and delivery.

WARDA OF LONDON cannot guarantee that an order will arrive by a specific event date, unless expressly confirmed by us in writing.

SECTION 6: INTERNATIONAL ORDERS, CUSTOMS & DUTIES

WARDA OF LONDON ships internationally.

Depending on your delivery country, your order may be subject to import duties, customs charges, brokerage fees, handling fees, VAT, local taxes or other charges applied by your local customs authority or courier.

These charges are determined by the destination country, customs authority or courier. WARDA OF LONDON has no control over these charges and is not responsible for paying them unless clearly stated at checkout.

Customers are responsible for checking any applicable customs, tax or import requirements before placing an order.

Failure to respond to customs or courier requests, failure to pay applicable customs charges, refusal of delivery or failure to collect a parcel may result in delays, returned parcels, additional charges or non-delivery.

Returned or refused parcels are handled in accordance with our Production, Shipping & Delivery Policy.

SECTION 7: RETURNS, REFUNDS & EXCHANGES

Returns, refunds, exchanges, cancellations, faulty items, return conditions, inspections and chargebacks are governed by our Returns, Refunds & Exchanges Policy.

Due to the made-to-order nature of our garments, we do not accept returns, exchanges or refunds for:

• change of mind
• incorrect size selection at checkout
• personal preference
• ordering errors made by the customer
• failure to read product descriptions, sizing information, fabric details, production times or shipping policies
• minor variations in colour, pattern placement, embroidery placement, stitching, Tatreez design placement or handcrafted details
• delays caused by shipping carriers or customs authorities
• event dates, weddings, religious holidays, birthdays, travel plans, photoshoots or special occasions where the customer did not allow sufficient time for production and delivery

This does not affect your statutory rights in relation to goods that are faulty, damaged, not as described or otherwise protected under applicable consumer protection legislation.

SECTION 8: CANCELLATIONS

As production begins shortly after payment has been successfully processed, orders may only be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase.

If you need to request a cancellation, please contact us immediately at:

info@wardaoflondon.com

Once WARDA OF LONDON has started making, preparing or processing your order, you cannot cancel it, make changes to it or receive a refund unless WARDA OF LONDON gives written approval or unless required by law.
