At WARDA OF LONDON, every garment is made to order specifically for you once your order has been placed and payment has been successfully processed.

Our made to order approach allows us to create each piece with care and attention to detail while reducing waste and avoiding unnecessary overproduction.

Because your garment is produced specifically for you, we ask that you carefully review all product information, measurements, sizing guidance, fabric details, production times and order information before completing your purchase.

MADE TO ORDER GARMENTS

All WARDA OF LONDON garments are produced on a made to order basis.

Once your order has been placed and full payment has been received, your garment enters production.

As each garment is made specifically for you, we do not accept returns, exchanges or refunds for change of mind, incorrect size selection, personal preference or ordering errors made by the customer.

This does not affect your statutory rights in relation to goods that are faulty, damaged, not as described or otherwise protected under applicable consumer protection legislation.

TATREEZ DESIGNS & EMBROIDERY DETAILS

WARDA OF LONDON celebrates the artistry and heritage of traditional Palestinian Tatreez designs.

Many of our garments feature Tatreez embroidery and embellishments. As a result, no two garments are completely identical.

Variations may occur in:

• Tatreez and embroidery pattern placement
• Embroidery placement
• Stitch density or stitch direction
• Beading and embellishments
• Fabric appearance
• Colour tone
• Pattern positioning
• Other handcrafted details

These variations are a natural result of traditional craftsmanship and should not be considered faults, defects or manufacturing errors.

Returns, exchanges and refunds will not be accepted where the reason relates solely to slight differences in embroidery, stitching, pattern placement, colour tone, fabric appearance or other handcrafted details that do not affect the overall quality, functionality or intended use of the garment.

While we make every effort to accurately display colours in our photography, actual colours may vary slightly depending on screen settings, lighting conditions, photography and fabric dye lots.

Nothing in this section affects your statutory rights in relation to goods that are faulty, damaged or not as described.

CANCELLATION OF ORDERS

As production begins shortly after payment has been successfully processed, orders may only be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase.

Once WARDA OF LONDON has started making, preparing or processing your order, you cannot cancel it, make changes to it or receive a refund unless WARDA OF LONDON gives written approval.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

Due to the made to order nature of our garments, we do not accept returns, exchanges or refunds for:

• Change of mind
• Incorrect size selection at checkout
• Personal preference
• Ordering errors made by the customer
• Failure to read product descriptions, sizing information, fabric details, production times or shipping policies
• Minor variations in colour, pattern placement, embroidery placement, stitching, Tatreez design placement or handcrafted details
• Delays caused by shipping carriers or customs authorities
• Event dates, weddings, religious holidays, birthdays, travel plans, photoshoots or special occasions where the customer did not allow sufficient time for production and delivery

Customers are strongly encouraged to review sizing information before placing an order.

FAULTY, DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ITEMS

Your satisfaction is extremely important to us.

If you receive an item that is faulty, damaged or incorrectly supplied, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order by emailing:

Your email should include:

• Your order number
• A detailed description of the issue
• Clear photographs showing the fault, damage or discrepancy
• Photographs of the packaging where applicable

Failure to notify us within 14 days may affect our ability to process your request.

Upon receipt of your request, we may ask for the item to be inspected before approving a refund, replacement, repair or other appropriate remedy.

Nothing in this policy affects your statutory rights in relation to goods that are faulty, damaged, not as described or otherwise protected under applicable consumer protection legislation.

RETURN CONDITIONS

Where a return has been authorised, items must be returned:

• In their original condition
• Unworn and unused
• Free from stains, makeup, perfume, smoke, pet hair, odours or other signs of use
• In the original packaging where reasonably possible
• Neatly folded
• With any included components, labels or accessories where applicable

QUALITY ASSURANCE INSPECTION

All authorised returns are subject to inspection upon receipt.

Returned items must be suitable for resale and free from:

• Signs of wear
• Alterations
• Damage caused after delivery
• Odours or contamination
• Missing components

WARDA OF LONDON reserves the right to refuse refunds or replacements where inspection determines that the item has been used, altered, damaged or returned in an unsuitable condition.

FAILED RETURN INSPECTION

If a returned item does not meet our return requirements:

• We will notify you by email
• Photographs may be provided where applicable

Please note that certain issues, including odours, cannot always be photographed but may still result in a failed inspection.

Where a returned item requires professional cleaning, repair, deodorising, pressing, stain removal or restoration due to the condition in which it was returned, WARDA OF LONDON reserves the right to deduct reasonable restoration costs from any approved refund where legally permitted.

If an item is deemed unsuitable for resale due to wear, contamination, alterations or damage, no refund or exchange will be provided.

REFUND PROCESSING

Approved refunds will be processed using the original payment method wherever possible.

Please allow up to 3 business days for refunds to be reviewed and processed by our team.

Once approved, refunds are typically received within 5 to 10 business days depending on your bank or payment provider.

Shipping charges, customs charges and tailoring costs are non refundable unless required by law.

SALE & PROMOTIONAL ITEMS

Items purchased during sales, promotions, archive sales, clearance events or using discount codes may be designated as Final Sale.

Where stated at the time of purchase, such items cannot be returned, exchanged or refunded unless faulty.

This does not affect your statutory rights.

CHARGEBACKS & PAYMENT DISPUTES

Chargebacks are intended to resolve genuine payment disputes and do not automatically determine ownership of goods, contractual obligations or entitlement to a refund.

WARDA OF LONDON reserves the right to dispute any chargeback believed to be invalid, abusive, fraudulent or contrary to this policy.

Where a chargeback is initiated, we may provide evidence including:

• Order records
• Customer communications
• Tracking information
• Courier delivery confirmation
• GPS delivery data
• Photographic proof of delivery
• Return inspection records

Customers who initiate chargebacks without first contacting us to attempt resolution may have future orders refused.

Where permitted by law, WARDA OF LONDON reserves the right to pursue recovery of losses arising from fraudulent chargebacks or payment disputes through appropriate legal channels.

This policy is intended to protect our business from misuse of the chargeback process and does not affect any statutory consumer rights.

YOUR STATUTORY RIGHTS

Nothing in this policy excludes, restricts or limits any rights you may have under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 or any other applicable consumer protection legislation.

Your statutory rights remain unaffected.
