Made-to-Order Production

At WARDA, each dress is thoughtfully custom-made to order, allowing us to craft a truly unique garment tailored specifically to you. This approach ensures that every piece reflects our commitment to quality, individuality, and craftsmanship.

Please note that production begins only after your payment is confirmed. We kindly ask that you allow approximately 2 to 4 weeks for the creation of your dress before it is dispatched. During this time, your item will go through several stages of design, construction, and meticulous quality control to ensure it meets our highest standards.  Patterns and colours of the thobes may vary from time to time.

Returns & Exchanges

Because our dresses are made-to-order and created exclusively for you, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges for reasons unrelated to product fault.

However, your satisfaction is very important to us. In the unlikely event that your item arrives faulty or damaged, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order. To help us resolve the issue swiftly, we ask that you provide clear photographic evidence of the problem.

Once your request is reviewed and approved, you may return the item in its original, unworn condition with all tags and packaging intact. Upon receipt and inspection, we will either issue a refund or send a replacement, depending on your preference and product availability.

Please note: Items that show signs of wear or have been altered in any way may not be eligible for return or exchange.

Customs & Duties

WARDA ships internationally, but all prices on our website are listed exclusive of customs and import duties. If you are ordering from outside our base country, please be aware that your order may be subject to customs fees, import taxes, or other local charges upon arrival in your country.

These charges are assessed by your local customs authority and are the responsibility of the recipient. WARDA has no control over these fees and is not liable for any customs or duty payments. We recommend checking with your local customs office for more information on possible charges before placing your order.
